Day 1, Titusville Florida

“Get out of there now!” I heard someone say. The walls of my cabin were not very strong so the many bullets that were now lodged in the logs were nearly knocking it down. He was right. I had to get out or be caught.

“He’s right on the other side of that wall! Why can’t you just go in there?!” Commander William shouted. “Hey lodged the door shut.” William pursed his lips and screamed out, “Get out of there now!” Nothing.

The only way out was through the drain. Thomas moved carefully and swiftly over to the sink’s pipeline, stopped it, and popped of a section of it. Then, he moved back, taking the gun out from under the bed. He climbed up the chimney and set the gun on the roof, aimed at a tree, set to narrowly miss a man next to it. Now he climbed down into the room again and let the blue mist free.

William signaled to stop the firing. It was deathly quiet. Then, one shot rang out as if out of nowhere. One man clasped his head, which the bullet had skimmed. “Which one of you fi—“another shot was fired. This time, it splintered the bark on a tree. William cursed and yelled, “WHO FIRED?!”

Thomas came out of the fire hydrant and heard a shot. “I didn’t fire it yet…” Thomas thought. “Oh no! They’ve seen me!” He looked again and saw the men surrounding something on the ground. Thomas snapped his fingers. The gun on the roof fired at the tree.

Time Capsule.com

SUPER EXTREMELY OLD!!!

June 6th 2005
It all started when my dad was late from work one night……………..
“Christopher could you help me with this?” My dad said to me as he was coming in the door with a large box.“Sure” I replied. I went over and helped my dad lift the box onto the table.“What is it?” I asked. “It’s your new computer!”I just stood there flabbergasted. I had only mentioned it once and yet I still get it! I think I’m turning into a spoiled brat when I don’t want to be one. “It’s the new Dell 2000 at your service!” he said in a robot voice interrupting my thoughts. “Wow I’d have never thought I’d get it so early!” Our old grandfather clock struck 10. “Off to bed young man. You need your rest. Go on now. Go on.”
**********
June 7th 2005
That morning I woke up to sawing and banging I tuned my head and saw the Dell 2000 at my service. I got up and started my morning drill. I changed into my favorite blue shirt and jeans.
Made my bed, ate fresh waffles and brushed my teeth. I snatched my skateboard and headed off toward school. On the way I saw my friends Andrew Fesmire and Justin Bell. “Hey Chris!” They called. I greeted them and told them about my computer. When I was in the middle of how I was becoming a spoiled brat, I got cut short by our principal Mr.Hickey. “Your grades aren’t looking too good Chris. Too bad today’s report cards. I Feel bad for you now that you can’t bump em’ up. See ya’!” “Great!” I muttered.
June 7th 2005 1:15pm
It was time to give out report cards. Half the class had already gotten theirs and were examining them closely then oooing and awwwwing them. Then our teacher, Ms.Reitz handed me mine I opened it and started to read. Mr.Hickey was right It read: Report Card Christopher Thompson Math: C Reading: A Sience: D S.S.: F over all grade: C “Andrew look at this!” I handed over my report card. “Wow.” “The principal was actually right for once.’ “He replied jokingly” BUZZZZ
“Time to go class remember to get your parents to sign your report cards!” “Goodbye!”
June 7th 2005 2:26
“GO ME GO ME” I screamed. ‘Would you keep it down!?” My dad hollered from the other room. “But Dad I just beat Cyborg!” “Well keep it down!’ I was standing in my room playing on the computer. “Whoops.’ My foot slipped on a sock of mine witch hit the computer desk witch rattled the computer witch went blank. “Great’ I turned to the door to go tell my Dad when the room lit up....................

Ski Trip

Quite Old...

By using the new method, the ski championship trophy should mine! Jake thought as he waited in the boy’s locker room for the announcement of who would win the huge golden trophy for skiing the highest hill in Denver, Colorado. “The winner…” the loudspeaker clicked on “of the highest award possible to be in possession of anyone at the age of 13” Jake could hardly breathe. “The winner of the hundredth youth skiing competition is…” Jake Martin, Jake Martin…Jake concentrated on that name. “Bobby Bixbee! And in second place…Jake Martin, who will compete in the state finals next week. Also, Jake has received a message from the judges which reads: “Jake, we appreciated your act of honesty in admitting the field sabotage, but you had a slight bit of acting clumsy on the field, but good job.” Thank you all for coming today and congratulations to Bobby and Jake. Goodbye!”
After that, it seemed that the whole crowd looked at me. I ran back into the locker room, and thought about this decision. “Second Place! How could they put me in second place?! For the whole distance I skied, and I must have gotten millions of injuries from when my knee hit that tree! (They were just cuts really.) And they think that they can put me in second place?!” By now he had gotten to the front door and sat down to sign autographs and be admired when his manager tapped him on the shoulder, “Excuse me sir, but may I speak to you in private?” “Of course you can.” I replied. “Jake I have good and bad news,” Mr. Thompson began. “Well the good news is that you just got your 8 hundredth fan 3 hours ago!” “That’s great news!” I exclaimed. “But there is still the bad news. You are in the danger of being off track in the tournament and might have to miss the New Zealand trip for the finals.” “NO! I have to go to that! If I don’t make it there my contract is on the line! And if I get fired my reputation is ruined!” “You have three days until the wild card performance. But remember the judges are very strict. Good Luck. You’re my best client yet.” And with that he was gone.
Three Days later……
“Welcome to the hundredth annual wild card competition! Today we have Jake Martin currently in 2nd place and Grubba Loxer currently in 3rd place, competing for the trip to the finals in New Zealand! Now at the sound of the horn they will begin to race down the…” HONK!!! “GO GO GO!” Now, I really should explain how this clumsy demonstration went, but in honesty you really wouldn’t want to know for it was too gruesome. In the end it turned out that Jake had a broken leg, a broken collar bone, and was almost completely covered in blood. After he was all cleaned up, and in a wheelchair, he was sent to get the results privately. (They were to be released the following Saturday.) “Jake on behalf of the council of judges, we are all sorry for your injuries today, and respect the fact that you have the guts to come down here. And for that, you will be competing in the finals in January.” “January?” I asked. “Yes. The judges have decided to let your injuries heal. It’s only fair.” “Oh thank you!” When he entered the hall there were numerous reporters there waiting to talk to him. It took him almost thirty minutes to get to the limousine.
You must understand that many people have tried to find information on what happened between the Wild Card Event and The New Zealand Finals. I could not find any information, except hearsay and gossip that could not be confirmed, so I’ll skip to the Finals.
The New Zealand Finals!
“Here we are at the New Zealand finals! This will mark the first time that we have seen Jack Martin since the Wild Card performance, and there he is!” A reporter said into the camera as he got out of his H2 limousine. There were so many people crowding the red carpet that the sky was just about the only thing he could see. It also stayed that way until he reached the top of the mountain (except in the elevator, of course). “Now this will be a race between all six contestants. The first to reach the bottom of the mountain wins. 3…2…1… GO!” They began down the mountain at an incredible speed. “Everything that happened to me that day was very strange.” Jake said afterwards “The only thing that I can recall is hearing the announcer call: “The winner of the skiing championship 2006 is Jake Martin!!” And now when I look back, I know that I did my best and sometimes your best is good enough to win.

My Life

I wrote this for a school assignment. It is a little.... boring...

“Air tube connected” I said onto the microphone for the billionth time. I had just connected the tube that provides the air supply for the moon. The shuttle-buses will be arriving soon. “Good job Andrew” my boss replied. “Could you retrieve Remembrance” (my 24 year old daughter) “from the Mars connection station?” “Happily sir.” I climbed into my shuttle and gazed onto the nearly forgotten space station, the Moon, Mars, and Earth which was like a dead pond. With only 6 weeks into my sixth grade school year Earth had been invaded by humans from the Nebulon galaxy, dropped bombs, and threatened to set them off. We had 20 years to get out and go to Hearth, the new battle station the world was working together to build (this took many years for them to agree on doing so). Obviously it took many years for Hearth to be converted from a battle station to the new Earth. We had just finished and were now moving in the first of the evacuees. Hearth contained the fire power to destroy a galaxy with one blow… and billions upon billions of people.
As I looked back on this I realized how much memory a sixty-five year old man has…
“Let’s go to the computer lab and…” I remember Mr. Albright saying that as the sonic boom hit on that dreadful day. The first time I really realized what this meant is when I was thirty five. “Drew your wife Annabelle is on the line” My secretary said through the hologram. “Send her through and please don’t call me Drew!” A moment later my wife appeared looking tired and stressed. “Our baby Mem has just awoken and I need your help very badly.” She said groggily. “I will be home soon I just need to finish my wireless electricity project. Why can’t you get one of the maids to help you?” I asked. “This is their lunch hour in case you have forgotten! You hired these pests. You set up their schedule. You could have hired someone better in California if…” “Anna” I said in a deep tone. “I’m sorry. Just please get home I do believe Mem is crying again.” She said now looking more tired and stressed than before. “See you at home” I said and disconnected the camera feed.
On the way home I thought about the day of my marriage. Since I have moved to a small town in California, everyone came to the wedding on June 26 2025 (my birthday). Annabelle and I had been dating for 2 years. It was then when I realized I was home.
When I had entered the home Mem had indeed awoken. She was hurtling her dolls toward her mother. The moment I walked in she stopped. I could tell from that moment she would indeed be a daddy’s girl.
After helping control Mem I went outside and called Ashley, head of relocation to Hearth, and replied to her email. Earlier she had sent me an email asking me if I wanted to work on connecting air tubes to space stations and Hearth (to be paid 3,000 by the hour since this was a very dangerous job). “Hello?” I saw Ashley say. “This is Andrew Fesmire I would like to accept your offer. When do I start?” “I am pleased that you accepted my offer and you will start this evening. I have a spaceship in downtown L.A. it is scheduled to leave at 4:00 pm. All you have to do today is learn what you will be doing. Have fun!” She disconnected the video feed almost immediately as if she hated me or something but then again, who cares! Then I realized I forgot to quit my other job. I quickly called my old boss and said very loudly, “I quit!” and hung up. It was going to be a very good day.
I still regret that day. Even as the bombs were set off and I lost everything. Even my life. You only have one life to live. Live your life well and when it’s over, praise the creator for giving you a wonderful life. Nobody knows what happened to the human-aliens but that they would have used our planet, Hearth, Mars, and the Moon to destroy others. Live the best life. You only have one of them.

ANNA

Many days it is a big achievement to get up on my own, with my niece using me as a human trampoline. She lives with me now since 4 years ago her parents passed on in a fatal car accident. Anna still believes that her parents are still alive since she is still only five years old, and that she is just on a very long vacation. It still pains me when she asks “When am I gonna go back home?” and I can’t tell her the truth yet so I just reply “A while” every time she asks. The worst part of it all is that we’re still being supported by my wife who left me on the same day that Anna was born. That day was terrible and wonderful at the same time, my wife left me, and I became an uncle. The only good thing that came out of that day was the relief that neither of them will never happen again-- especially when Anna only has 2 months to live.
At only three years of age, Anna Drew had already lost her parents and been diagnosed with cancer. This grief she will never feel, for I will never tell her. I want her to live her best life while she can. But when she sees her parents once again, she will realize everything and will understand why I didn’t want to tell her. In that event, I so much hope she will be happy with her oh so short life. These days I take so much pity on her that she ends up owning everything she sees in the toy stores as we walk down 5th Avenue. The receipts (if you put them together) would be about a yard long. But that was about to change.
“I’m fired?!” “That would be what I said Richard.” My boss replied on the phone. “You can’t fire me, I’m your best!” “I wish I could keep you I honestly do!” “Wait a minute if I’m fired, then I can say what I want to you, you lousy cheating jerk!” (By now I had hung up the phone.) I cannot let this happen, I thought. I will not let Anna go back to that horrid hospital! Just then the phone rang. “Hello?” I answered. “Hi this is Judy the nurse at St.Mary’s hospital. I was just calling to let you know that the law says that if the parent of guardian of a sick child cannot support him or her, they would be returned to the hospital for further care.” “I know but what does that have to do with anything?” I asked. “Well, your records say that your wife has just stopped supporting you a week ago, and you were just fired from your job transporting diesel into the city of New York.” “I don’t like where this is going…” “On behalf of the hospital of St.Marys we are coming to take Anna Drew to be cared in her condition at our hospital. The ambulance is already on its way. Good day sir.” With that she hung up, and just as I started to tear up, someone knocked on our apartment door.
One Day Left To Live…
“Hey Anna how are you today?” Today was one of the few days they would let me have a brief meeting with Anna. “I feels better than ever!” She exclaimed as I sat down on the foot of her bed. “That can’t be right…” I started to think when Anna said “How you?” “I’m fine.” I said as I stared at the ceiling. Neither I nor the nurse beside me knew why Anna was so active today. She was like magma ready to blow, or someone in an Olympics event about to charge forward. “Anna?!” The head doctor said as he charged in. "According to today’s test results, you will not die today. You will live to be at least 10 years old.” The only thing Anna did was ask, “What does die mean?”
ANNA 2

Most of the time in New York there is a lot of people on the streets. Not today. Even most of the buildings were empty. All shops closed, no people. Even all the sewers had been blocked of to avoid spreading the disease. It was making Richard Park nervous. News had spread all over the United States of my niece’s sudden recovery. She had been a victim of Uncumulousness Syndrome. This disease was discovered from my niece Anna. Anna and I have seen every doctor in the universe possible. This was all free because they wanted to see what this disease was, but what they found was brutal. They all said the same thing. “Uncumulousness Syndrome is terrible. It supposedly causes men that catch this disease from others to have something 3 times worse than cancer. Anna must have been born with it, and you Richard are the one person she spent the most time of her life with. Why Anna didn’t get worse is because this disease causes females to be physically renewed and their health wiped clean. Anna had much energy because of the fact that Anna had just turned the exact age that the disease ‘took over’ so to speak. For men it does the opposite. Their energy is reduced, and their health becomes worse than you can imagine at the age of thirty-five, and we think Richard has this disease.” And that was the real thing he was nervous about.
Richard’s thirty-fifth birthday was a week away and he was literally writing his will. Anna was 11 now, and was lonely and depressed. Her viewpoint was that I was an evil person because I didn’t tell her about anything, and she had just found out the truth about her past. However hard I tried I couldn’t bring myself to tell her anything about her parents or any of the rest of her horrible past. All these years she had been living in a cloud of lies that I had created around her, and had been waiting for me to rescue her and tell her everything. I hadn’t seen her in a complete day. She had been in her room the whole time and when I would go to work overnight I would come back to find the dishes done and in the trash can, 3 packets of Easy Mac. Anna had now taken her own path and I didn’t blame her. I was a lying jerk and I was mostly ignoring her when she should have been the main focus in my life. But now she was leaving to go with her Great Aunt Patty, and I knew these next few days were going to be the most miserable of his life.
With Anna gone, Richard had been going to work and working overtime because Anna was not there to bring joy to his life. It had only been one day since she left and he already needed another reunion with her. Today was his birth date, and he was lying on his hospital bed where Richard could tell that he was dying, and it was happening fast.
With him was only his brother. But when the doctors went out to talk to him, they said that he was not dying from any disease; and that they assume he is dying from deep depression and if they had an chance of rescuing him, they could only save him for 1 more day. They my brother turned the color of blue, and walked away sobbing. At that moment, just as Richard was about to give up in his fight to stay alive, his heart leaped with joy. Anna leaped into humid room. She immediately started talking “Aunt Patty’s car broke down so we rode the bus here, after I realized what an jerk I’ve been, and that I’ve been avoiding you, when I should have been valuing my time with you. So I came back to tell you I’m sorry, and that even when you are gone, I want you to know that I will not continue to act that way to anyone ever again.” “Who are you?” The nurse behind Anna screamed. “Back off!” Anna said as she slapped the nurse on the face. “There is no way that you can get me away from this man in his last moments!” “Anna stop!” I cried. She spun around and started to cry. “It’s alright. I will be okay. Your whole life has been an emotional roller coaster, and I understand. I’m sorry too, and now I understand now why I have been depressed. I’ve missed you. Now I can seriously say that I’d rather die than be without you. So today I will honestly say as crazy as it sounds, that I am alright, and am going to have a long dinner with my niece and discuss her truthful past.
Author’s Note
When I was writing this I had to think about how to edit, make correct sentences exedra, but after a while I ended up not caring how everything was and what would sound good. I wanted to get the message that Richard loved Anna enough that he was willing to die for her if he had to. He grew so attached to her that he would do anything for her. Throughout these two stories, it said to me that everything that could go wrong did and you can survive if you trust in the Lord God Almighty. I hope you enjoyed the two stories and I look forward to writing more for you.

Xantlan Chronicles

XANTLAN
These days I don’t get much sleep. My guardian and I have been getting up early almost every day for the last year. After the death of my parents in 1994, when I was only 6, I went to live in the orphanage in Europe where I met Henry. Henry and I are still best friends, and he was even adopted with me, and now lives with my producer/guardian. He also moved with me to Hollywood, California where I got my first job as an actor with the lead role in Center Eye an international disaster movie.
I am supposed to report at Nickelodeon studios everyday at 5am, where I am therefore expected to head to the hair and makeup. I never go there because it isn’t worth it, and they liked the “me” they saw when I auditioned, so why should I be worried? But as I was exploring the enormous studio, the power suddenly flicked off and the bright sunny morning turned into the darkest day of my life.
It was at this moment that the sky opened up and the roof the studio pulled off, when I was sucked into the sky. I woke up an hour later in a land where everything was sand except in the middle there was a string of a black mist like substance, which right now it was growing to cover the entire planet. But the worst thing was that with every foot it moved, it disturbed me so much that I felt that I needed to collapse onto the misty blackness that had now circled through my feet.
After the mist was passed, I found myself in a large, black chair that looked like it was crafted by an angel. “This must be worth a fortune!” I thought. “Yes it is worth a fortune, but you cannot take it.” A deep voice from behind me bellowed. “How did you know what I was thinking? It…” I stopped in mid-sentence, because this was my first glance at this mysterious speaker and he was disturbing. He was at least forty feet tall, but strangely, you could still see his face. His face was black, and covered with yellow scars. But his voice… that voice… I’ve heard that voice before… “Where am I?” I asked. “Have you never heard of the planet on the far side of the universe?” The strange thing said. “No, and you still haven’t answered my question.” “You are on the great planet of Xantlan! Now would you tell me your name human?” “I’m Jason Carter. What’s yours?” I replied. “Ahh Jason. Now that is a name I hear very often. My name is Deleon ruler of these planets that are without man, well not now. Which is why, Jason Carter, you must die.”
I jumped out of my seat, and ran just to sink into the sand. Deleon attempted to slip me out of his ground, but the second we touched, there was a spark, and the black was peeled off of his body, and after that he fell to the ground and he looked like… “Henry?!”
Return To Xantlan Parts 1 and 2
I haven’t gone outside in a month. Everything has been so unusual since I left Xantlan last month. After the missing posters went up for Henry, I went straight to my mansion and have not come out yet. Just the idea of him being a forty foot tall evil soldier who controls an entire planet and kills anyone who comes there gives me the urge to run out and do something a lunatic would do. I had mixed emotions. He was like my brother and my enemy at the same time. Then I think- am I going crazy? Am I becoming the mad man I’ve played so many times on television? No. Of course not. It was at that moment that the beam of light ripped through the building roof and sucked me in for the second time in my life.
“I prefer bringing people in through a black hole, but I think the beam is working nicely.” I looked up and saw Henry in the metamorphic process of turning himself into Deleon. I looked around and saw that the Xantlan I remembered was gone. I saw a volcanic planet. “Do you like it? I did a remodel over the time you were gone.” The way everything was placed and how it was shaped... it was ingenious! “Let me guess.” I said “you are still trying to get rid of me?” “You and that neighborhood of clueless dragons who decided to weaken me so that they could have their babies on a planet. It is the season of birth is it not?” “If you mean spring then yes.” “Well, that will make it harder to defeat them. In case you did not know the dragon has been the arch enemy of my descendants for over a thousand generations, and the humans have helped the dragons. Our people won over the humans and killed them all in the battle but we did not know that the dragons were sneaking up behind us. We all judged that they were going to attack us from the sides not the back. When the dragons won we fled to the Okalamu galaxy which is where we are now. That is why the humans are extinct here and this is why I went to your world as Henry, the little weak human, to study your culture and your life just in case you are able to come back. Hopefully that never happens.”
“But why did you suck me away and try to kill me?” I asked pleadingly. “I know of a prophecy when a human boy comes and performs the action of wiping out my people with the help to the great dragon. I sensed that you were unusual. I sensed that you were that boy. That is why you must die.”
“How about we bring in our guardian, Jonas? He’ll be happy to see me again right?” Deleon said as he raised his left hand. When he did this he sent off a green energy ray that went up to something out in space that looked like a satellite (of course it couldn’t be because of their advanced technology) then bounced of it and disappeared. Almost instantly did it reappear and in the middle a black dot. This black dot slid out and started his descent onto Xantlan just as I had. By now I could see it was indeed Jonas, my guardian.
“JONAS!” Henry thundered as he lifted his hood over his head then preformed a lifting power bringing Jonas over in midair. “You have been called by the great Deleon to Xantlan for an important reason.” “Oh… oh please don’t hurt me powerful Deleon!” Jonas stuttered. (I literally saw him shaking) “Hurt you? No definitely not. I want you to be in my league of army forces.” Deleon said making him sound delightful in a very strange way. “But sire I haven’t any weapons!” Jonas replied. “Fine. You can join Jason over there and help fight me.” “Jason? Jason… Carter?” “Yes indeed. I believe this is his second time here. He is guilty of doubting my power. Anyway, I will give you the basic. I rule, you don’t science here is better than on your planet, you are my guardian and I am Henry Totalus.” “HENRY?!” he fell back and fainted as Deleon changed back into Henry. “Go.” Henry said. “Where?” “To the dragons! I know you will fight me and I am in debt to you from sinking you in the sand do you have a head start.” As I started my decent I was intrigued to fascinate him. Though he was evil and had disguised himself for so long he still managed to be a gentleman. I started to understand him. I had just started to enjoy the trip and its scenic views when a 6 foot dragon snatched me off the ground, and started a vaguely familiar trip to the technology filled city of the dragons.
The Dragon Lair
The trip to the Dragons’ lair was dark, gloomy and overall, most unpleasant. But the city was indescribable. The walls were made of complete fire and ice. But the first thing that Jason noticed was the strange dragons. Some were a light blue, other a bright fiery orange. He would later find out that the blue ones control the ice in Xantlan and the orange ones controlled the fire in Xantlan. The power of a single dragon was vast. By his judgments, he assumed that one dragon could freeze Earth in about 20 blows. But Jason noticed that Xantlan was by far by a million times it was bigger than Earth. Then why wasn’t he smaller? There was only one explanation. He had the power to grow and shrink.
“They have arrived!” came the voice of a small, unworthy looking blue dragon. One of the larger dragons stepped forward and created a landing pad out of ice. Surprisingly, Jason had a better view of the town from the human’s eye view. The houses were more like temples each holding a range of 10-50 dragons each. They were all the same size except for one in the very center. This temple was completely covered in gold and silver. “That must be the King’s housing” thought Jason. Just then, from a far door came the larger dragon he had seen yet.
“Welcome son of Adam! We have been expecting you!” The giant dragon thundered. This dragon was different. He had red, orange, blue, purple, light green, and dark blue stripes all down his person in that order. “Let me introduce myself, I am Slaker this generation’s king and mix breed.” “Mix breed?” Jason asked. “There is one dragon every generation that has the ability to bend ice and fire, shrink and grow, throw green plasma energy bombs, create copies of his or herself, and have super-dragon strength. I sense that you are that mix breed of your race, are you not?” Slaker asked. “I have no idea what I am. I have just realized that I do have the shrinking power but nothing else.” “Then we must teach you the ways of the mix breed.” And with that they headed into the city’s biggest temple.
Wristbands
“Now demonstrate what you have learned.” Slaker announced to the town that was standing behind Jason. He first barreled into the fiery building and put it out with his newfound ice powers, then melted it and made a stream. “Task number two!” came Slaker’s voice again. He made his way to the mouse hole, went through it with the shrinking powers, and started in the simulation room. This room was the toughest. It required the power he had barely practiced at all. This power was having the ability to fly. But the thing the got him was that inside this simulation he had to fight a krakeex. A krakeex is what Deleon is.
Up, down, flip, and across. Jason knew the steps by heart. He flew up to his head, froze it, came back down and caught his stomach on fire, and the basic reflex of a krakeex when caught on fire and blind is to swoop down and try to hit his/her opponent and Jason knew this also. He dived out and unfortunately for the krakeex, that is also the way to change back into its opposite form. The krakeex did so and changed into an alien girl Jason flew across to her and used the green plasma to bind her so she was a helpless alien. The only thing that pained Jason was that he would have to do this to his classmate, and his best friend. But worst of all, his brother.
Whenever you look out upon the dragon city, you will see houses on one side, and on the other? A training camp and an army. An army of dragons well armed and well trained. This was my army. They would fight along side my in the war against his family. Henry’s family. “Jason!” came a voice from behind me. I spun around and noticed it was Slaker. “Yes?” was the reply. “I have something for you. It is a token of my gratitude. I will give this to you on one condition.” I asked, “What is it?” “It is a wristband that allows you to beam yourself from planet to planet.” “What is the condition?” I asked think about how nice it would be to go home and see everyone before I would have to lead a war. “The condition is you must not use this wristband until the war is over.”
“What?! How could I not? I have been here for over 3 months now and you expect me to not go home for just a little bit?” “I’m sorry Jason, but it is just way too dangerous. If you were to go back, your family would have assumed you dead. Then you just pop up again clean and healthy, and they will ask questions. The only way that you can prove to them that this planet is real is to bring then here, and that it just way too dangerous while we are at war. They would be a token to get you close enough to kill you.” “That does not make me want to change my mind… But I know I have to.” Slaker held out his hand, and in it was a small, golden wristband. I gladly took it and slipped it on my own wrist.
“Why even give me this if I can’t use it until the war is over?” I thought as I lay in my bed that night. “He has to have a reason.” I didn’t want to think it but it was the only explanation I could think of. “He gave it to me because he won’t be here after the war.”
Presentation Of Two Armies
Every time that you walk by the side of the Army base you feel sad and depressed. Or at least I do. Knowing that they will help you take down the only real family you have ever felt, explains why. Unfortunately I have to walk by this place every day to get to my training building. But just as I entered the building, Slaker pulled me out of the building back in the direction I came, except we went down a set of stairs I had never noticed before. “Since you have mastered your skills...” Slaker started, “…We will not exercise with them today. Today we will introduce you to your army.” “My army?” I asked. “Of course it is yours! Who else’s?”
“Ahh here we are! Master Mereolon, this is Jason.” Mereolon, wearing full armor, walked over to me, examined me, and walked back. She was a small, skinny woman. But her muscles were as big as boulders. She said, “He is a human!” her voice was larger and way more booming than Slaker’s by a mile. “A strong one to both mentally and physically.” Slaker protested in my favor. But he has no control of himself. One thing like Henry being Deleon might destroy his mental and physical balance. That is why he needs more practice. If he cannot…” she was stopped short by the bang of an alarm bell. The bell was followed by sirens and both kept going.
“Fly to the observation tower!” Slaker bellowed at the top of his lungs. So that I did. I shot skyward toward the observing platform.
About halfway there, I started to see them. About 2 miles away from the wall surrounding the city, there were millions upon millions of Krakeexs. “Go! Go!” Slaker called from the tower when I hadn’t even arrived yet. I gracefully flew in the direction of Deleon’s army. I arrived at my first enemy among the millions. Starting on the maneuver, the Krakeex was looking at me pitifully. He changed his attack, and punched me throwing me towards a large lava pit. I froze it, picked it up and threw it at a Krakeex. It swooped his hand down to stop it. He switched back and the ice hit him dead on his head. He was flung backward into another pit. He burnt to a crisp while he was unconscious.
I was already tired after just killing one. To my relief, balls of plasma, fire, and ice were launched into the madness. I felt a burning feeling in my leg. I spun around and found it sitting in a lava pit. The hurt immediately left me and it actually felt good. My hands started to torn green then my legs eventually I was all green. Then the colors started to alternate. Blue, purple, green, red, orange and more. They went faster and faster until I was in a cocoon of colors. It hurt to look at it. I closed my eyes. There were screams. Cries. Cries of fear. I opened my eyes. I had scales. On my back, I had larger scales each one was a different color. The colors of a mix-breed. I was a dragon in a human shape my eyes were glowing. Down my arms, were tattoos that were flames. They were glowing also. I had also grown a foot. A made about 10 of me, and advanced into the crowd.
A Bracelet Put To Use
5 more down and 20 more of myself. I had kept this system for the last 20 minutes. Now there were about 40 of me. Now with my new body, the Krakeexes were actually afraid of me. I nearly fainted when I saw a Krakeex with yellow scars on its face. That is the description of Deleon. I approached him. “Jason!” Slaker called from behind me. He tossed a sword and shield. I jumped and attacked my adopted brother. Henry swatted me back as if I were a mere gnat. Some of the dragon troops advanced so to help me. “Back away!” I boomed. “I must do this.” I shifted my heels. The ground lowered and the lava rose. Krakeexs created another barrier. The tried to hop across, but the distance was too long and they burnt to their death. For ever it took for one blow to hit Henry but finally one did, and he returned it with a blow that sent me flying. “If he is that strong” I thought, “then he has been preserving his energy. I have to weaken him. I’ll just stay in the sky and fire at him.” So I did. He could not return any of the hits. I had this fight in the bag.
Deleon was dodging as much as a person could lying on the ground like he was. I landed next to him and told him, “Henry you are like a brother to me. You have been the only family I have ever really known. Thank you. But now I have another family. The dragons. They will care for me and keep me.” “That is the part you don’t get Jason! They are tricking you! They want you to trust them then they will crush you! I have been trying to tell you that!” Deleon said in a surprisingly loud voice for someone who knows they are about to die. “I know they will care for me. Unlike everything I found on earth. I have changed into a man on this battlefield. I know what I have to do. I raised my sword when Deleon changed into Henry. “Please” he muttered in an attempt to finally win me over. I raised my sword higher and whispered “you wouldn’t have hesitated to kill me. Why should I you?” Then I plunged it straight into the heart of my brother. I rose to my feet, changed back into my normal self, and activated my bracelet.
After The End
(Not found anywhere else)
Jason eventually went back home and convinced his family to come with him to live in Xantlan. He learned that he was now ruler of Xantlan. He shunned the Krakeexs from the planet and made the environment just right for the dragons and humans alike. He was also made ruler of the dragon city because of the last mix-breed (Slaker) dying in battle. He is now dead and his bracelet can be seen at the Xantlan Museum of History
